Andy has written a complete database system that allows us to manage our day to day archive storage, indexing and retrieval system for over 200 major clients.
 
This has simplified the whole process and eliminated many of the slow and tedious form filling tasks that we used previously, it automatically produces reports and invoicing data. It has streamlined the operation making us more efficient and reducing costs and errors.
 
Andy has also assisted us with a number of network and I.T. projects including our broadband connectivity, network security and VPN setups.

Apple Gym

When we acquired the gymnasium in Richmond we discovered that many users were simply sharing membership cards in order to gain free entry.
 
Andy produced a simple to use membership system with photo recognition that linked into our Sage accounting system allowing us to instantly identify valid members and to eliminate the problem completely.

CIX

Andy developed our first call ticketing system for CIX support in 1996 and later developed the K9 knowledge base system, allowing technical personnel to quickly look up technical data and trouble shooting information on screen while on the telephone to a customer. The technician could then send relevant documentation directly from the system to the customer.
 
Andy played a key role in second line technical support for our Pipex corporate clients, trouble shooting leased line and broadband connectivity issues, providing technical training, system administration and managing the CIX Online support service.
